Moscou/Kiev (Reuters) -Russian President Vladimir Putin, under Washington Press to show a willingness to peace in Ukraine, suggested on Monday (21) bilateral conversations with Kiev for the first time, and said it is open to more sections of Ceasefire after a day’s assignment in Easter.
Separately, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed that Kiev sent a delegation to London to meet the United States and other Western countries on Wednesday (23).
The London negotiations are a continuation of a meeting in Paris last week, where the United States and European countries discussed ways to end the war in more than three years.
Putin, who spoke to a Russian state television reporter, said that the fighting had resumed after his surprising 30-hour ceasefire in Easter, which he announced unilaterally on Saturday.
The two countries accused each other of violating Putin’s ceasefire, which Kiev initially regarded as a maneuver.
Washington said he would accept a length of ceasefire. Zelensky, who asked her to be extended to a 30-day ceasefire in civilian cases, said that the continuous Russian attacks during Sunday weapons showed that Moscow intended to extend the war.

In his comments, Putin said that Moscow is open to all peace initiatives and expects the same from the Ukrainian government.
“When the president said it was possible to discuss the issue of not attacking civilian cases, including bilaterally, the president had negotiations and discussions with the Ukrainian side,” Kreml Talent Dmitry Peskov told reporters, according to Interfax News Agency.
Zelensky did not refer to Putin’s lines about bilateral negotiations in his X comments and announced the Ukrainian delegation on negotiations in London.

“Ukraine, the United Kingdom, France and the United States are ready to proceed in the most constructive way, just as we did before, to reach an unconditional ceasefire, followed by the establishment of real and lasting peace,” wrote Zelensky, leaving that he had good discussions with British Prime Minister Keir Stmer.
Earlier Monday, Zelensky said his strengths were commissioned to continue to reflect the actions from the Russian army.
US President Donald Trump and State Secretary Marco Rubio said on Friday that Washington could completely move away from peace negotiations if the pages no longer continued within a few days. On Sunday, Trump was more optimistic and said we “hope” that both sides reach an agreement “this week.”
