Albonair’s urea dosing system for passenger cars adjusts droplet size depending on the exhaust gas conditions.
The finest possible spraying of the agent into the exhaust tract, even at low exhaust gas mass flows and low temperatures, is enabled via a heat-resistant nozzle that has no electrical or mechanically moving parts. The air-assisted system can be used for vehicles without an air supply due to integration of an air pump into the supply line. The system uses the compressed air of the exhaust turbocharger and shifts pressure and air mass flow to a higher energy level if needed. Customers can choose between integrating single parts into their exhaust systems or outsourcing the company to supply the complete system including control unit, urea tank, dosing unit with nozzle, and muffler system. The system provides the advantages of low fuel consumption and high reliability, and, except for the refill of diesel exhaust fluid, it is maintenance-free.
