 FiberSIM 2010 is the latest version of Vistagy’s engineering software for the design and manufacture of durable and lightweight composite structures. Inspired by the adoption of composites in a growing number of industries, many of FiberSIM 2010’s new features enable companies such as the Renault F1 Team and Bombardier Aerospace to deliver products to market by capitalizing on new innovations in composite materials and manufacturing processes. FiberSIM 2010 continues to deliver key capabilities to optimize designs and increase productivity throughout the composites design and manufacturing life cycle, including rapidly adapting to design changes, predicting manufacturability issues, and improving communication between internal departments and the supply chain. FiberSIM 2010 provides advanced features for preserving composite design intent, enhancing ability to design for manufacture of advanced materials and processes, and improving connection between design and analysis to enable more efficient transfer of composite design requirements.
