Hands-free gains echo cancellation

CSR has enhanced its RoadRunner Plug-n-Talk technology by integrating an echo cancellation feature.

The total system is described as a ready engineered, fully interoperable reference design giving a customisable package from which to create a low cost Bluetooth handsfree kit.

RoadRunner is based on BlueCore3-Multimedia with on-chip DSP and CODEC. Included in the package is CSR’s BlueLab software, a configuration tool that offers full access to the source code.
